  • These documents must arrive by 1 November 2025 (postmark deadline) and only after the online application has been submitted successfully
  • Applicants from universities in countries that have ratified the Lisbon Recognition Convention do not need to send certified documents by post
  • The application form must be typed (not handwritten), then printed and signed by the applicant
